Position Overview:

The Financial Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining financial data, including transactions, invoices, and accounts. You will assist in reconciling accounts and preparing reports, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial information.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and receipts, into accounting systems.
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and records.
Organize and maintain financial documents.
Support the finance team during audits and reporting.

Qualifications:

High school diploma required (Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred).
Previous data entry or accounting experience (real estate industry experience is a plus).
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
