Litigation Paralegal

CB Partners is conducting a confidential search for an Am Law 75 law firm seeking an Senior Legal Assistant / Junior Paralegal to support a busy team of attorneys handling sophisticated employment and business litigation matters. This position is ideal for a legal professional who enjoys managing multiple priorities, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants to be part of a nationally recognized law firm with exceptional career growth opportunities. $44–$55/hour , depending on experience Annual performance bonus opportunity Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) Generous PTO and paid holidays What You'll Do Provide high-level administrative and litigation support to several attorneys. Manage complex calendars, deadlines, and court scheduling. Prepare, revise, and finalize pleadings, correspondence, and legal documents. Coordinate filings in state and federal courts while ensuring compliance with procedural requirements. Assist with document organization, case files, and electronic records management. Prepare document indexes, citation tables, and other litigation support materials. Open new matters, maintain case information, and ensure accurate recordkeeping. Coordinate with internal teams to keep projects moving efficiently. Support billing activities and other practice management functions when needed. Help ensure matters remain organized and deadlines are consistently met. What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience supporting litigation attorneys in a law firm environment. Strong understanding of state and federal court procedures. Experience with electronic court filings and litigation document preparation. Ability to manage multiple attorneys and shifting priorities with minimal supervision. Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail. Advanced Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat skills. Experience with legal document management systems is highly preferred. Familiarity with TOCs, TOAs, and legal formatting software is a plus.
