Receptionist Pm Shift 12pm-6pm Monday Through Friday (Must Be Able To Consistently Commit To This Schedule)

As the Front Desk P.M. Receptionist, you will:

• Greet members, visitors, and staff with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately.
• Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk environment.
• Assist with paperwork, and basic administrative tasks.
• Support the team in creating a positive, safe environment for all program participants.

What you'll need:

• Reliable transportation to the Peoria, Sun City, or Surprise area.
• Required- High school diploma or GED.
• Required 12 years current or recent receptionist, customer service and light administrative experience (experience in adult day programs and child development program environment a plus).
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain required certifications (we assist with costs).
