Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities/Qualifications Smith Farms Senior Living Facility in Auburn, IN is actively seeking a dedicated individual to join our Maintenance department. Part-time Position Responsibilities: Must be able to multi-task and work politely with senior residents Experience working with multiple tools, troubleshoot problems. Timely completion of turning rooms Handling minor repairs particularly relating to the repair of bathroom and kitchen equipment, changing light bulbs, and general maintenance.
