Setting: Outpatient Rehabilitation Clinic

Job Summary:

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting. This role focuses on evidence-based treatment, interdisciplinary collaboration, and helping patients achieve optimal functional outcomes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized, patient-centered physical therapy services in accordance with professional standards
• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in EMR systems
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, clinical, and documentation standards
• Demonstrate strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a professional clinical presence

Qualifications, Licensure, and Experience:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current, active, and unencumbered Physical Therapist license
• Candidates with pending state licensure or scheduled to sit for licensure boards within six months are welcome
