Roll Off Driver (Liberty Waste & Recycling)

As a Roll Off Driver, you will play a vital role in our collection and hauling operations by ensuring the timely and safe pickup, delivery, and placement of roll‑off containers. Responsibilities Operate roll‑off trucks safely and efficiently in compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company safety regulations Pick up, transport, deliver, and place roll‑off containers according to established procedures Complete and maintain accurate electronic driver logs and required regulatory documentation Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections of assigned vehicles Report any vehicle issues, safety concerns, accidents, or incidents promptly to the Operations Supervisor Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and environmental regulations Qualifications Valid CDL‑B license Current Department of Transportation (DOT) medical certificate Not prohibited from driving under FMCSA Clearinghouse requirements Safe driving record with successful drug and alcohol screening Previous experience operating a roll‑off truck preferred Ability to perform physical labor and manage workload requirements Strong communication skills and a dependable work ethic Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed Must be at least 21 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States Benefits Family‑friendly company culture Annual wage increases Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan with company match Paid time off and sick time Professional development and training opportunities Liberty Recycling Services and Affiliates are proud to be equal opportunity employers.
