Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical Oncology on the nights shift in Billings, Montana. This role involves performing independent nursing functions and delegated medical tasks in accordance with accepted practice standards. The RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care while providing health teaching, health counseling, and supportive therapy to promote patient well-being.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: ASN (Associate of Science in Nursing) from an accredited School of Nursing; current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice; BLS (American Heart Association) certification; at least 1 year of nursing experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree of Nursing; additional certifications appropriate for the unit or service; previous experience as a Registered Nurse in a Medical Surgical Oncology environment.
• Additional Information: Performs health data assessment, health teaching, health counseling, therapy, and treatment planning. Executes delegated medical functions, monitors treatment plans, documents in compliance with guidelines, and may be required to float to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications. May be required to be placed on-call during a regular shift.
