We're seeking a full-time, hands-on, service-driven Restaurant Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example, supporting both front and back of house teams, and ensuring every guest experience meets a high standard.
What We're Looking For
You're someone who:
- Has prior food & beverage supervisory or management experience
- Communicates clearly and works well across teams
- Stays calm under pressure and leads confidently during busy service periods
- Understands service standards, food safety, and guest experience expectations
- Is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in solving problems
- Holds (or can obtain after hire with company support) a Food Handler's Card and RBS Certification
What You'll Be Doing
As a Restaurant Supervisor, you'll play a key role in daily operations and team leadership. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising front of house operations to ensure exceptional guest service
- Opening and closing the restaurant, including cash handling and balancing F&B banks
- Partnering with the kitchen team to ensure smooth, efficient service
- Maintaining compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards (including ServSafe guidelines)
- Supporting hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management of FOH team members
- Monitoring service quality, food presentation, and portion standards
- Maintaining inventory controls, par levels, and waste logs
- Assisting with scheduling for servers, runners, and hosts
- Sending end-of-shift reports and pass-down communication
- Keeping work areas clean, organized, and operating efficiently
This role requires flexibility, as schedules may vary based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
