OBJECTIVES

Employ a results‑oriented mindset to navigate complex challenges and propel projects towards successful completion Establish and continuously refine standardized project‑management methodologies, frameworks, and tools across the organization Inspire cross‑functional teams to collaborate seamlessly and drive projects to successful conclusions that align with strategic objectives Drive alignment by developing best practices, templates, and performance metrics, ensuring consistent execution, improved efficiency, and scalability across all projects Lead and mentor a team of project managers, providing guidance, training, and support Instill a sense of urgency, set clear milestones, and promote a collaborative work environment, driving teams to consistently deliver results that align with the organization’s strategic vision Empower teams to overcome obstacles and consistently deliver projects that not only meet stakeholder expectations but also leave a lasting positive mark on the organization Establish and enforce project‑management best practices and quality standards across the organization in accordance with the PMO Continuously assess and enhance project‑management processes and methodologies, seeking opportunities to optimize efficiency and effectiveness Keep connected with CV Entities to ensure alignment with the CV Way of conducting business Maintain an up‑to‑date project portfolio and provide easy visibility into project status, resource allocation, and progress to stakeholders
