Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team for a night shift position. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in emergency nursing and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality care to patients in critical situations.

Shift Details

• Shift Type: Night
• Shift Hours: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• Schedule: 3 shifts per week (12-hour shifts)

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for the following:

• Providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
• Assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitoring patient vital signs and responding promptly to changes in patient condition.
• Educating patients and their families on health conditions and treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months of recent Emergency Department nursing experience.
• 18 months of permanent nursing experience in the specialty applying for.
• Current, valid Ohio Nursing License or Compact State License.
• AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are mandatory and must be current at the time of submission.
• TNCC certification is preferred.
