Job Description:Chewy requires a strategic, people-first Regional Fulfillment Center Maintenance Manager to direct maintenance and reliability activities across fulfillment centers in the East region! This leader will put network strategy into regional practice using a structured operating cadence, managing performance, cultivating talent, and unifying standards across locations. Are you ready to join the Pack?Reporting & ScopeReports to: Associate Director, Maintenance & ReliabilityManages maintenance operation results within a specified East region of fulfillment centersRequires proficiency in both MHE/automation systems and base building fundamentalsWhat You’ll Do:Regional Leadership & ExecutionTake responsibility for regional results in safety, reliability/uptime, cost, and people outcomes, ensuring consistent application of maintenance standards across sites.Lead implementation throughout the region, guaranteeing completion of network priorities and ongoing outcomes.Establish and run a strong regional operating cadence to review important metrics, remove barriers, and accelerate best-practice adoption across sites.People LeadershipLead through Maintenance Managers and site leadership: mentor, develop, and hold leaders accountable to expectations, standard work, and outcomes.Build bench strength: talent reviews, succession planning, promotion readiness, and targeted development plans for site leaders.Reinforce a culture of ownership, high standards, and psychological safety—where performance and accountability are clear and consistent.Standardization & Continuous ImprovementDrive consistency in maintenance execution: planning and scheduling within the field, PM compliance, work quality, defect elimination, and pathways for addressing critical issues.Identify systemic gaps and partner with cross-functional collaborators to implement durable corrective actions.Cross-Functional PartnershipPartner with Operations, Safety, Finance, Engineering and external vendors to align priorities, unblock execution, and ensure operational readiness.What You’ll Need8+ years of progressive experience in maintenance, reliability, facilities, or industrial operations; multi-site leadership strongly preferred.Demonstrated ability to lead leaders (manager-of-managers), build talent pipelines, and drive accountability.Bachelor's Degree RequiredStrong working knowledge of:MHE/automation, conveyance/sortation systems, and reliability practices1.
