Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key qualifications and experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or eligible ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY candidates will also be considered
• Experience with pediatric populations, including students with a range of communication disorders
• Knowledge of best practices within school-based SLP services
• Previous experience supervising or partnering with SLPAs is a plus
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced school setting and work as part of a multidisciplinary team

Primary responsibilities:

• Provide therapy and conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for a caseload of approximately 50 students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), collaborating closely with teachers, families, and support staff
• Maintain accurate treatment records and progress documentation in accordance with school and regulatory standards
• Supervise and guide an SLPA, offering mentorship and ensuring quality of care
• Contribute to meetings, case conferences, and staff development sessions as needed
• Communicate effectively with caregivers and educational professionals to promote student success
