Job Title: Emergency Department Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Emergency Department Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 19:00 - 07:00 Hours per Shift: 36 hours Experience: 5+ years in Emergency Department License: Current RN License Certifications: ACLS, BLS, Handle with Care (available on-site), NIH, PALS or ENPC Must-Have Skills/Experience: 5+ years of experience in Emergency Department Description: Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. Candidates must have 5+ years of Emergency Department experience. Candidates with both ICU and Emergency Department experience will be considered. This facility serves a diverse patient population of all ages. The Emergency Department has 31 beds and 2 triage rooms. The patient-to-nurse ratio is typically 1:4, with exceptions during high-volume days or special circumstances. The Electronic Health Record system used is Primarily MedHost for the Emergency Department and Meditech for admit holds. The Director of Emergency Services will oversee the position. A professional, positive, compassionate team player is ideal for this role. Scrub color is the choice of the individual. This position is a replacement for permanent staff.
