Shift: Day Shift | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | 45 Hours/Week
Pay: $35 - $40/hr

Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified LPN / LVN to provide clinical and front/back-office support in an outpatient clinic setting.

Required Qualifications

• Current and active LVN/LPN license.

• Previous outpatient/clinic experience preferred.

• Phlebotomy/venipuncture experience required.

• EMR experience required.

• BLS or CPR required.

• Strong patient-care, communication, computer, and documentation skills.

• Ability to perform front/back-office MA responsibilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients professionally.

• Perform patient intake, rooming, and vital signs.

• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures.

• Assist providers with examinations and clinical procedures.

• Perform blood draws and venipuncture.

• Administer vaccines and medications within scope of practice.

• Perform EKG and Point-of-Care testing as required.

• Assist with scheduling and appointment coordination.

• Answer incoming calls and assist patients.

• Maintain accurate patient documentation in the EMR.

• Review and update patient information as appropriate.

• Monitor patients and report relevant findings to providers.

• Provide patient education as directed.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment.

• Follow infection-control, patient-safety, and confidentiality requirements.

• Collaborate with providers, MAs, nurses, and other healthcare staff.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Skills

• EKG testing experience.

• Recent Point-of-Care Testing experience.

• Athena-EMR experience.

• Recent appointment scheduling experience.

• Recent patient rooming experience.
