They just closed a Series B with a top-tier VC and are growing a small, senior engineering team.The roleYou'll own features end to end in a single TypeScript monorepo (Vue 3, Express, MongoDB, with Temporal, ClickHouse and Databricks behind it), building the internal tools clinic and ops teams use all day. The mission: automate complex workflows, cut manual steps, and connect outside vendors so staff touch fewer systems.The hard problems here aren't algorithmic. Clinical data is messy, and patients are human: they reschedule, they don't pick up, they tell the front desk what they never told their doctor.
