Full-time LPN or RN

Join Our Team! We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Nurse (LPN or RN) to support our Providers at Peterstown Health Center in Peterstown, WV. This position works closely with our Family Practice Providers and clinical teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Position Highlights Full-time 40 hours per week - Schedule will depend on the needs of the health center No weekends Family Practice setting Comprehensive benefits package Opportunity to work with a collaborative, patient-focused healthcare team Key Responsibilities Provide nursing support to Family Practice Providers and clinical teams. Assist with patient care, including assessments, treatments, medications, and other nursing services within scope of practice. Support Providers with examinations, procedures, and care coordination. Communicate effectively with patients, families, Providers, and other members of the healthcare team. Assist with maintaining efficient patient flow and a positive patient experience. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Follow established clinical protocols, policies, and procedures. Promote quality, safety, and continuity of patient care. Qualifications Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical (LPN) license. Current BLS certification. Previous Family Practice, primary care, or ambulatory care experience preferred. Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
