Territory Sales Manager

Location : Torrance, CA Salary : Base: $90,000 - $95,000 OTE: $150,000+ (uncapped) Benefits : Full benefits include Medical (employee only), Dental, 401K, Vision, Car Allowance, PTO, All expenses paid Travel : Overnight travel required: 50% Company Overview : We are a leading provider in the dental industry, committed to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Dental Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Torrance, CA! Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management : Establish and maintain strong relationships with dental practices and clients within your territory.
- Product Education & Demonstrations : Educate clients about our products and services, and attend trade shows to conduct product demonstrations.
- Lead Generation : Identify and generate potential leads for future sales opportunities.
- Sales Performance : Set and exceed sales quotas while tracking and reporting sales activities in an organized manner.
- Team Collaboration : Communicate effectively with team members, sharing insights and strategies to enhance overall team performance.
- Education : Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience : Minimum of 2+ years of current dental sales experience in the desired territory
- Skills : Strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Travel : Must have the ability to travel frequently to meet with clients and conduct business.
