This position will serve as a liaison between sales team, warehouse, field service, and Easy Ice customers. This candidate must be energetic and enthusiastic and be able to forge necessary relationships among internal and external stakeholders.How You Will Do ItCoordinates the scheduling of all install activitiesValidates with customer that all install requirements have been met prior to scheduling installsAssist in confirming all Install work is completed to Easy Ice SOPSource equipment locally or through the Easy Ice data baseProactively manage customer situations regarding timing, work effort, customer responsibilities, etc.Effectively communicate with customers and internal departments (Sales Coordinator, Warehouse, FS Manager, and Lead Dispatcher) through email, applications and phoneUphold a high level of customer service and expectation with all customer interactionUnderstanding and knowledge of Salesforce, ability to maneuver within and obtain customer informationResponsible for creating and setting up maintenance plansEnsuring that the account has all the proper information for the handoff to Service Delivery and AccountingInitiate work orders with service partners through Easy Ice and Easy Ice partner's computer systemsOperate, maintain, and deliver exceptional customer serviceAbility to multitask in a faced pace environmentPerform other duties as assigned or requestedMaintain positive office atmosphere/environmentWhat We Are Looking ForEducation: Associates/Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years of related experienceExperience:3-5 years of experience in customer service roleDemonstrated track record of delivering highest level of customer satisfactionDemonstrated track record of working effectively with employees in various departments of the companyWorking knowledge of computer programs and multi-line phone systemsOther Desired Skills:Strong command of company's customer service policiesContinuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer's experienceA desire to continually increase your knowledge of the industries we serve; and, products, services and processes our company can produceInstinctive and skilled problem solverExcellent interpersonal skillsAbility to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writingAbility to multi-task effectivelyTeam-orientedWork Environment and Physical DemandsWork primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potentialSedentary, sitting, walking, occasional lifting (overhead, waist level) from floor, bending, frequent near vision use for reading and computer useSits for extended periods of timeMust have sufficient visual acuity to be able to work, for prolonged periods of time, on a computer monitorThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by people assigned to this classification.
