Trinity Health Medical Group (THMG) is growing in Primary Care! We are seeking full-time Family Medicine Physicians to join our West Michigan team. These are exciting opportunities to make a meaningful impact on the health of our community while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

• Provide full-spectrum Primary Care: Manage your own patient panel, providing diagnosis, treatment, and preventative care across all age groups
• Many beautiful stand-alone primary care facilities with onsite Labs, Urgent Care, and X-Ray services

• Shared call: rotated with other Family Medicine Physicians in the network phone call only

  Requirements

• Accepting new graduate or experienced physicians
• Physicians shall be board certified in their respective clinical specialty or must achieve board certification within the timeframe defined by the applicable specialty board.
• Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA license
• ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained)

Duties & Responsibilities

A typical day may include:

• Providing direct patient care
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Participating in teaching and mentoring
• Documenting in Epic EMR
