Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Eligible for or hold Texas Speech-Language Pathology licensure
- Proven experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Adept at collaborating with educators, families, and support staff
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and create treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Deliver direct therapy services aligned with students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Consult and collaborate with teachers and other school professionals to facilitate student success
- Maintain accurate, thorough documentation for progress tracking and compliance
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and advocating for student needs
- Educate and advise families on communication strategies and progress
