Responsibilities:

• Maintain the grounds, gardens, and outdoor areas of the facility, including lawn mowing, trimming, and edging

• Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of walkways, courtyards, and parking lots

• Perform general maintenance tasks, such as fixing fences, repairing equipment, and performing light construction work

• Water and fertilize plants, flowers, and trees as necessary

• Maintain a safe and accessible environment for residents, employees, and visitors

• Collaborate with other facilities staff to ensure smooth operations and maintain a positive work environment
