We are looking for a detail-focused Data Entry Clerk to support a Contract assignment in Columbus, Indiana. This position is ideal for someone who can review large volumes of work orders quickly, confirm information accuracy, and keep records moving through the proper workflow. The role is fully onsite and centers on fast-paced data handling, sound judgment, and consistent attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
• Review incoming work orders to verify that the information entered is complete, logical, and ready for processing.
• Compare selected assets and issue categories to confirm they align correctly with each request.
• Research associated item values and assign the appropriate dollar amounts within the system.
• Route work orders to the proper next step based on accuracy, classification, and processing requirements.
• Perform high-volume data entry while maintaining speed and precision across daily tasks.
• Evaluate records efficiently, with a target pace of handling approximately 300 items per day.
• Identify inconsistencies in submitted information and take the necessary steps to help improve processing quality.
• Contribute feedback that supports refinement of the overall work order review process.• Prior experience in data entry or administrative processing in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong typing skills with the ability to enter and review information accurately.
• Comfort working with numeric data and validating details within computer-based systems.
• Ability to make quick, consistent decisions when reviewing high volumes of records.
• Solid attention to detail and skill in spotting mismatched or incomplete information.
• Capable of meeting productivity expectations while maintaining quality standards.
• Availability to work onsite five days per week in Columbus, Indiana.
