Senior Operations Coordinator

Taking ownership of the full scope of responsibilities across the employee lifecycle, the full-time temporary Senior People Operations Coordinator will manage onboarding, leave administration, payroll coordination, and compliance in a remote work environment for approximately 5-6 months. Key responsibilities Own end-to-end new hire onboarding, including orientation coordination and onboarding survey administration Coordinate with payroll teams on new hire setup and compliance items, and administer leaves of absence from intake through return Support RSU grant administration and maintain accurate, confidential employee records across HRIS and supporting systems Required qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred 3+ years of HR/People Ops experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and HRIS systems (ADP WFN preferred) Experience with leave administration and payroll coordination Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service orientation and excellent judgment handling confidential information
