Sr. Test Engineer

Salary: $95,000 - 115,000 per year Requirements:

• BSEE, BSEET, or MSEE required.
• At least 6 years of relevant test engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with ICT, Flying Probe, and/or Boundary Scan technologies.
• Experience developing and programming test solutions, including fixture design, troubleshooting, and test-parameter development.
• Strong circuit card assembly and PCBA troubleshooting and test development experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent technical writing and documentation skills, with close attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple technical assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Stable work history, with no more than two jobs in the last five years.
• Preferred: experience in an ISO-regulated manufacturing environment.
• Preferred: knowledge of DOE, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
• Preferred: experience with engineering simulation and design packages.
• Preferred: intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Project.
• Preferred: experience communicating technical solutions to customers and internal stakeholders.

• Lead and manage complex test engineering projects.
• Conduct technical and design reviews.
• Develop and define test equipment, design guidelines, and engineering best practices.
• Guide, mentor, and support other test engineers.
• Develop, program, fixture, troubleshoot, and optimize manufacturing test solutions.
• Support testing and troubleshooting of circuit card assemblies and PCBAs.
• Interpret engineering drawings and translate customer requirements into effective test solutions.
• Analyze complex technical problems and present practical, well-supported solutions.
• Support continuous improvement in the manufacturing test environment.
