Job Title: Inside-Sales Coordinator
Location: Flint, MI
Pay: $20-22/hr depending on experience and qualifications 

Schedule:  Monday – Friday 7:30AM-4:30PM

General Job Description:  

Support outside sales team with quotations, responses to their inquiries and provide them customer-related information. Create both standard quotes and custom quotes for truck equipment installations, manage inflow of customer orders, manage warranty claims, manage coordination of truck deliveries, manage literature inventory and assist with sales promotional activity preparation. 

Duties: 

1. Prepare and manage warranty and parts orders.  
2. Respond to customer and sales inquiries regarding orders, materials, and delivery status.  
3. Develop quotes for standard and custom truck equipment installations.  
4. Coordinate quote reviews, conference calls, documentation, and required attendees.  
5. Research and source equipment and components needed for quotes.  
6. Identify up-sell opportunities and assist with walk-in and call-in sales.  
7. Manage the “Drive Through” program, urgent orders, and chassis holds/releases.  
8. Coordinate warranty information, estimates, and approvals with customers, dealers, management, and manufacturers.  
9. Provide backup support for parts ordering as needed.  
10. Follow company safety guidelines, maintain reliable attendance, and work effectively with others. 
11. Oter duties as assigned, reasonably requested by management 

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED 

•Experience in the automotive industry preferred
• Associate degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred; certification in sales or work-related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook)
