Director of Quality Assurance

Leading a remote team, the full-time salaried Director of Quality Assurance will modernize the QA strategy by leveraging AI throughout the software quality lifecycle, ensuring the reliability and performance of mission-critical systems in the insurance ecosystem. Key responsibilities Lead the end-to-end quality strategy, including test planning, automation, and performance testing across Ivans platforms Define and execute a modern QA roadmap that integrates AI for test case generation, defect prediction, and risk-based release readiness Collaborate with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to embed quality into all stages of the software development lifecycle Required qualifications Significant experience leading QA or test automation teams in a technology-driven organization Strong understanding of the full QA lifecycle, including test strategy, automation, and production quality monitoring Experience utilizing AI and intelligent automation to enhance QA processes Proven track record of building modern automation frameworks for APIs and cloud-native applications Leadership experience in coaching managers and driving accountability across teams
