Job Responsibilities:

The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.

Data Entry
Using data to do analytical tasks and charting tasks related to patient information
Answering incoming calls to address patients' inquiries and explain the admissions process.
Schedule patient visits and answer questions, including billing and preparation
Managing patient accounts with contact information, insurance and financial information in a confidential manner.

Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED
Excellent communication and organization xhqgsiq skills
Time management skill
Clerical or administrative experience a plus
Knowledge of health care terminology helpful
Basic computer program knowledge
