Your Role & Impact

As a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, you will provide primary health care services under the direction of the practice physician, working as part of a collaborative care team within an integrated biopsychosocial model.

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered primary care
• Build lasting relationships with patients and families
• Support the management of complex chronic disease populations
• Collaborate with behavioral health and ancillary services
• Participate in practice improvement initiatives
• Serve as a trusted healthcare advocate within the community

Collaborative, Whole-Person Care

At High Rock Internal Medicine, you will practice in a model designed to support both providers and patients, with integrated on-site behavioral health, radiology, and ultrasound, and team-based care coordination built into how we work every day.

• Compensation: From $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience

Qualifications

• Graduate of an NCCPA-accredited Physician Assistant program or an ANCC-accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• PA/NP licensed to work in the State of North Carolina, or eligible for licensure
• NCCPA or ANCC Certification required
• Current DEA registration required
• BLS required; ACLS required if clinical
• New graduates and experienced applicants are both welcome to apply
• EMR systems experience preferred
• Commitment to compassionate, community-focused care
