AI Operations Director

Leading operations and support for enterprise platforms, the full-time AI Operations Director will ensure service excellence and operational stability for AI/GenAI solutions, ServiceNow, and IAM services in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Provide operational leadership and day-to-day support for AI platforms and enterprise services Ensure 24x7 service continuity and manage incidents, service requests, and problem management Drive operational excellence through automation, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives Required Qualifications Experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, or similar IAM platforms Knowledge of ITIL principles and/or certification Exposure to AI operations and platform governance in an enterprise setting Experience with automation and workflow optimization Familiarity with Copilot Studio or enterprise AI support models
