A medical receptionist Are you someone who brings positive energy, professionalism, and excellent communication skills to every interaction? Our department is growing and fast-paced, and we are excited to welcome a medical receptionist/scheduler who is bilingual in English and Spanish to our team! Responsibilities Answer phone calls and schedule patient appointments Greet and register patients upon arrival Collect co-pays and payments Communicate with patients via fax and text Maintain professionalism in a fast-paced, high-volume setting Work closely with team members while managing your own tasks Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years medical receptionist & customer service experience in healthcare Bilingual in English & Spanish Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional and polished phone etiquette Must type 40 + words a minute Schedule This is a full-time position (30 hours per week), scheduled is Wednesday, Thursday & Friday, from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
