Commercial Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are currently seeking a preventative commercial Maintenance Technician. You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.

Responsibilities:

Respond to work orders for minor repairs to equipment (hoses, nozzles, filters, HVAC filters, etc.), replacing ‘plug and play’ equipment
Estimate time and extent of repairs
Perform routine preventive maintenance
Maintain material and supply inventory

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED
Valid Driver’s License
Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
Ability to handle physical workload
Deadline and detail-oriented
Show leadership and effective communication
