Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified X-Ray Technician to join our team in the operating room. The ideal candidate must possess IV Power Injector Certification and have a strong background in operating room procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of current X-Ray experience, specifically in an operating room setting.
• IV Power Injector Certification (required).
• Experience in the operating room (required).
• Previous or current travel experience (highly preferred).
• Current New York State License and ARRT (R) certification (required).
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR (required).

Certification Requirements:

• BLS Certification
• ARRT Certification

Profile Requirements:

• Detailed work history.
• Completion of a skills checklist relevant to the position, current within the past year.
• One supervisory signed reference from within the past two years of employment.
• Licenses and certifications must be uploaded with the profile (Current NY State Rad Tech License, ARRT, and BLS).

Important Note: The permanent address must be included in the profile, matching the Driver License/State ID. Address validation will take place during the compliance process. Please be aware that travelers from certain counties in New York will not be considered for this assignment.

Training Requirements:

As of January 1, 2024, all new and returning agency staff must have completed training from one of the following groups for onboarding and clearance: Welle, CPI, or PMCS.

Requested time off during the course of this assignment must be noted and verified at the time of upload. No more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted.

Orientation:

• 8 hours of non-billable orientation required.
