Overview Carle Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our Heart Failure Team at the Heart and Vascular Institute (HVI) in Urbana, Illinois. Opportunity Details Typical schedule M-F / 8:00a-5:00pm; weekends/holidays Position includes blend of hospital rounding and consults as well as clinic, which is located adjacent to the hospital Experience working with cardiac patients preferred Education Requirements Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant APP experience preferred Licensure/Certification Requirements Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
