$20 - $22 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.
• Oversee daily operations in the dining room, bar, and host stand, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Manage guest feedback with grace and professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate staff scheduling to optimize coverage and maintain a balanced workload for team members.
• Facilitate ongoing training and development for front-of-house staff, fostering a culture of continuous growth.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain necessary stock for front-of-house operations.
