Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's geographic location, relevant experience, education, skills, and alignment with internal equity. In this on-site role, you'll act as a liaison between project management and sample receiving/log-in to ensure smooth intake, setup, and execution of client work.What You'll DoOversee, review, complete, and process project management forms, documents, databases, and related informationServe as a liaison for client project needs, providing guidance and recommended actions to internal Pace® teams to ensure successful project setupDirect client calls and requests to the appropriate Project Manager for follow-upSchedule and enter bottle orders into the container order system based on client sample needsReview login dashboards and update information and confirmations as neededAssist with project management and cross-functional initiatives, including budgets, timelines, materials, staffing, and project requirementsInterpret and apply department policies and procedures; assist with compliance to applicable laws, rules, and regulations with guidance as neededContribute to departmental efficiency by offering suggestions for improvementsPromote Pace's mission through professional, courteous, and cooperative interactions with clients and coworkersWhat You'll BringBachelor's degree in business administration, chemistry, biology, or a closely related fieldOne (1) year of customer service experienceOr an equivalent combination of education, training, and experienceWell-organized with strong attention to detail and task prioritizationPHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS: The physical demands described herein are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
