Warehouse Admin - Parts/Quality Department

Location: Rancho Bernardo Starting Pay: $18.00

Job Summary:

To process return to vendor product in a timely manner. Assess product quality issues as they arise.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor and support all warehouse part orders. Individual part orders and spare parts program.
• Create part orders for in-warehouse requests
• Manage lead times for part orders
• Create vendor chargebacks for parts passed the lead time or not available
• Be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Maintains a safe and orderly work environment.
• Maintains professionalism with managerial staff, other associates, reps, visitors, etc.
• Willingness to assist in other departments.
• Basic understanding of company policies and procedures.
• Respond & follow up to emails in a timely manner.
• Respond to Kustomer tickets in a timely manner.
• Follow up on PO issues & exception management from EcUtopia.
• Run the POAGE report on a daily basis
• Run the PER report on a weekly basis.
• Run BXK reports for Parts (PRT) and Parts Waiting (PRW) on a daily basis.
• Run SEOR report on a daily basis.
• Relocate incoming parts (in mailbox) to Parts department.
• Remove part tags from BXK on an as needed basis.
• Basic computer skills
• Basic knowledge of using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, One Drive, Outlook & Teams

Additional Guidelines:

• Physical demands: standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, balancing, stooping, reaching, handling, fingering, talking, hearing, repetitive motions, eye/hand coordination, speech clarity extensive verbal communication with vendors, managers, and crew members in English.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe workspace. Work areas must be maintained on a daily basis.
• Smoking: prohibited in any building; only in designated areas outside the building.
• Work hours: attendance and punctuality are strictly enforced.
• Dress code: must be in closed-toe shoes (steel-toe in warehouse) and well groomed.
• Safety: Safe work habits are required, and each employee is expected to contribute to a safe work environment. Must have knowledge of Jerome's policies and MSDS books.
• Report any inventory discrepancies to management.
• Obey all distribution center security procedures.
