Family Law Attorney

Pay: $115,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year Location This is a hybrid role based out of the Pennington, NJ office (candidates for Cranford or Parsippany will also be considered). The team works in-office three days per week with two days remote — a flexible structure that supports both collaboration and work‑life balance. Note This role requires an active New Jersey Bar license and a minimum of 2 years of hands‑on family law experience. Candidates without both will not be considered. Job Description Manage a diverse family law caseload including divorce, custody and parenting time, child support, alimony, equitable distribution, and prenuptial agreements Represent clients in NJ Family Court proceedings, including hearings, motions, and trials Draft and review pleadings, motions, agreements, and correspondence with precision and care Counsel clients through sensitive and complex legal matters with professionalism and empathy Collaborate with firm attorneys and staff to develop legal strategy and deliver consistent, high‑quality representation Handle post‑divorce matters including enforcement, modification of support and custody orders, and related proceedings Assist with matters involving domestic violence, same‑sex family law issues, palimony, and other specialized family law areas as needed Qualifications Active New Jersey Bar license (required) 2+ years of family law experience Strong working knowledge of NJ Family Court procedures and applicable statutes Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage a full caseload independently while collaborating with a team Demonstrated empathy, professionalism, and client service orientation Benefits Dental insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
