We are seeking a dedicated and service-focused Guest Services Specialist to join our Guest Services team. This role will serve as a key point of contact for guests throughout their stay and will support daily operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will have the flexibility to begin their shift anytime between 7:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., depending on business needs. Responsibilities Luggage Assistance: Provide courteous and efficient support with guest arrivals, departures, and luggage handling. Concierge Services: Assist guests with amenity requests, local recommendations, and general inquiries to enhance their stay. Guest Communication: Manage guest interactions before, during, and after their stay, including: Guest surveys and feedback review Pre-arrival communication We Care Log follow-up Post-stay outreach Room Deliveries: Complete timely and accurate room-drop deliveries for amenities and special requests. Front Desk Support: Assist with front desk operations as assigned to ensure smooth guest flow. Hotsos Monitoring: Track service orders and ensure prompt follow-up on guest needs. ECA App Oversight: Monitor and respond to guest-related updates within the ECA app as needed. Lobby Liaison: Maintain an active presence in the lobby to greet guests, anticipate needs, and support overall guest engagement.
