Job Description
Shape reliable data center hardware from the ground up
Step onto the production floor where power distribution units, server racks, cabling, busway, and other electromechanical assemblies come together. As our Electromechanical Quality Assurance Technician, you’ll be the last line of defense before components move to customers—verifying they meet dimensional, cosmetic, functional, and safety standards. Your multimeter, keen eye, and methodical approach keep products compliant and customers confident.
A day in the roleYou’ll rotate between incoming inspection and final checks. One hour you’re confirming continuity and resistance on an assembled PDU; the next you’re validating a rack enclosure against drawings and specs, documenting results, and escalating a nonconformance you’ve spotted. You’ll collaborate with production and engineering to resolve issues, follow SOPs and safety protocols to the letter, and assist with calibration checks on the test gear you rely on every day.
What you’ll do- Inspect and test data center components (racks, PDUs, cabling, busway, enclosures, etc.) for defects or deviations from specifications
