Where is the work: On-Site (5 days) As a Production Supervisor Warehouse, Shipping and Receiving 2nd Shift with Trane Technologies, you will use your passion for quality and cost effectiveness in manufacturing to help lead our team in Clarksville, TN. You will monitor and coordinate the daily shipping/receiving and warehouse operation of a high-volume, lean manufacturing environment, and partner with other department leads/supervisors to achieve team and plant goals. What you will do: · Ensure overall performance of the production or plant team, focusing on safety, quality, cost, time, and output. · Supervise materials usage to ensure a smooth production/material flow. · Support ongoing plant programs and goals by identifying opportunities for process improvements. · Collaborate with other department supervisors/leaders in Operations, Quality, HR, Finance, Materials, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement. · Regularly communicate goals and plant-wide initiatives with the leadership team and all members. · Engage in training, development, and fostering positive employee relations. What you will bring: · H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) · 1+ years of manufacturing/warehouse leadership experience. · Excellent problem solving and conflict management skills · Effective communication skills that demonstrate a supportive team member Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range: $60,000.00 - $126,200.00 Compensation Type: Salary Incentive Eligible: No Sales Commission Eligible: No Disclaimer: We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
