Teller

Position Overview We are PNC's Retail Banking organization, fostering inclusive workplace culture. As a Teller, you will be based in Springfield, IL, delivering a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and loyalty. Responsibilities Process a variety of customer interactions and provide educational information about financial options. Identify banking opportunities during conversations and refer customers appropriately. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and promote PNC products to meet their needs. Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems. Adhere to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits, ensuring teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately. Qualifications Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a Teller position. Education No Degree Certifications No Required Certifications Licenses No Required Licenses Pay Transparency Base Salary: $37,440.00 – $44,000.00 Salary may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
