Water Team As our new Project Manager you will be part of our Client facing team, nurturing strong existing client relationships, especially in the New York State municipal water and wastewater field. As part of this high performing team, you have the potential for enhanced career growth opportunities by providing consistent strong leadership and performance for client satisfaction, employee satisfaction and sustainable financial growth. Your key tasks and responsibilities Manage Water/Wastewater projects and lead high performance teams. Contribute to the sustainable financial growth of Ramboll. Mentor future leaders and motivate employees. Your starting point for constant growth Strong technical background and experience in design, evaluation and construction of water and wastewater treatment and pumping facilities. Proven project leadership and project management (scope, schedule, and budget). Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 8+ years experience. Demonstrated successful track record in exceptional client services. B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering. Professional Engineering license in New York required with ability to obtain multiple licenses through reciprocity. Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role Strong personnel development skills with experience in engineering and design positions. Proven project leadership, project management (scope, schedule, and budget) and mentoring skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. Excellent team player with the ability to function effectively in a variety of roles on integrated project teams.
