What you’ll be doing...

You and your team will be working on a real project in real time: it’ll be impactful and timely work that the business depends on. In recent summers, interns in Consumer Customer Experience have:

• Conducted end-to-end customer journey friction analysis across digital and physical touchpoints to identify pain points and optimization opportunities.
• Partnered with product management, operations, and technology teams to support the design and deployment of seamless omnichannel solutions.
• Gathered, synthesized, and interpreted customer feedback, behavioral data, and operational metrics to advocate for customer-first enhancements.

In this hybrid internship, based out of Basking Ridge, NJ, you’ll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager. If relocation is required, relocation assistance may be available.

You’ll also join us for the Intern Marquee event in Basking Ridge, NJ, a unique, in-person experience designed exclusively for all US interns. This multi-day event is your chance to build your connections through structured networking, and be inspired by top executives in a professional environment.

You bring a collaborative, "One Team" spirit that breaks down silos and influences stakeholders across the business to deliver customer-centric impact.

All successful applicants to this role will:

• Be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program at New York University, Rutgers University, New Jersey Institute of Technology, The University of Texas at Dallas, The University of Texas at Arlington, or Texas A&M University with a graduation date between December 2027 - June 2028, and be in good academic standing.
• Have ability to participate in a full-time, hybrid, 10-week (temporary) internship between June 2027 to August 2027.
• Have authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.
• Be willing and able to travel.
• Be willing and able to relocate.
• Demonstrate agile, clear, and persuasive written and verbal communication.
• Have demonstrated work or project expertise in designing frictionless, end-to-end customer or user journeys powered by dynamic pricing, predictive value realization, or complex MarTech stacks.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in one of the following majors: Business Administration, Marketing, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Product Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Business, Financial & Data Acumen, including tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Miro, or Jira.
• Familiarity with customer journey mapping tools, design thinking frameworks, or omnichannel service delivery models.
• Knowledge of product management concepts, user experience (UX) research methodologies, or process flow mapping.
• Demonstrated experience driving cross-functional projects, applying systems thinking, data-backed reasoning, and process simplification to solve complex problems and streamline workflows across matrixed teams.
• A track record of rapid skill acquisition and entrepreneurial initiative, with proven ability to leverage technical/data literacy (including AI tools) to adapt to shifting priorities, influence, and deliver customer-centric outcomes.

Compensation:

The base pay rate for this position is $25.00 per hour.

Where you’ll be working

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.
