Position Details: We are currently seeking an experienced Event Producer to oversee our live, hybrid & virtual corporate event projects. Duties & Responsibilities A successful candidate will be extremely organized and be able to manage the logistics of multiple event projects simultaneously. Desired Experience 5+ years of corporate event management experience including meetings, conferences, and exhibitions.Event knowledge of venues, F&B, AV and budget management are required.In addition, basic computer skills such as MS Office, Google Docs and team communication software (i.e.: Asana, Slack) will be used frequently. Preferred Attributes Proactive, smart, go-getter that can produce results by themselves, but know when to ask for help. A business, marketing or events degree is well-regarded, but not required. Working Environment We have a hybrid work environment depending on what best suits the individual and the needs of their manager on a given day.
