Dietary Aide

Solero Behavioral Transitions offers a safe, structured environment for adults managing substance use and mental health challenges. As a dual diagnosis outpatient program, we provide integrated treatment for individuals with primary substance use or mental health disorders. Responsibilities Assist the Cook with food preparation, meal service, and kitchen operations. Plate and tray meals accurately according to tray tickets, menus, and established policies and procedures. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Prepare, transport, and serve meals in a timely and professional manner. Wash dishes, clean equipment, and maintain a sanitary kitchen and dining area in compliance with health regulations. Support the Executive Chef, Food Services Director, Manager, or Cook as directed to ensure consistent, quality food service. Education High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience combination. Must be 21 yrs or older.
