Airswift is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA/QC Mechanical Inspector to oversee the quality and compliance of mechanical work on a large-scale onshore wind project. The position is to work in Fort Stockton, TX for an initial 12‑month contract. Responsibilities Enforce HSE and quality standards on-site. Perform inspections for mechanical installations and equipment. Monitor quality issues and drive corrective actions. Maintain QC reports, documentation, and compliance. Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project teams. Verify work meets codes, standards, and contract requirements. Qualifications Associate degree in engineering, construction, or related field. 3+ years QA/QC experience in construction (solar/wind preferred). Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and industry standards. Experience with inspections, documentation, and quality systems. Proficient in Microsoft Office and project tools.
