Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to the orthopedic, post-operative, and medical-surgical populations. This position involves working within a collaborative environment to ensure positive patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients within the assigned department.
• Support patients in their recovery from surgical procedures and manage post-operative care.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond effectively to changes in status.
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
• Educate patients and families regarding health management and post-discharge planning.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license to practice in Tennessee.
• 1+ years of nursing experience in an acute care setting.
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIH.
