\nWe are hiring experienced HVAC Lead Installers to install residential heating and air conditioning systems , including furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and complete HVAC systems.

As a Residential HVAC Lead Installer, you will:
\n- \n
- Replace aging or malfunctioning HVAC equipment, including furnaces, heat pumps, and central air conditioning systems \n
- Complete full residential HVAC system installations in compliance with manufacturer guidelines and local codes \n
- Take the lead on HVAC installation projects while guiding and supporting an assigned helper or junior installer \n
- Perform system startups, verify proper operation, and diagnose any issues to ensure optimal performance \n
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and inspection requirements \n
- Provide a professional customer experience while keeping work areas clean and organized throughout each job \n

Minimum 3years of residential HVAC installation experience

Experience installing heating and air conditioning systems
\n - \n
Comfortable leading HVAC installs with a helper
\n - \n
Working knowledge of local HVAC inspection codes
\n - \n
EPA Certification (or ability to obtain)
\n - \n
Valid driver’s license with good driving record
\n - \n
Ability to lift heavy HVAC equipment and work in attics or crawlspaces
\n - \n
Must pass background check and drug screening
\n
