Requirements <\/h3>

Responsibilities
include: <\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Design, develop, and maintain backend code using Java, Python
programming languages. <\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Develop and manage RESTful APIs and microservices. <\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Containerize applications using Docker and create/manage Kubernetes
manifests and Helm charts for deployment. <\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Deploy, manage, and scale applications within Kubernetes clusters on
cloud platforms AWS, Azure, and customer’s on -prem environments. <\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing,
and deployments. <\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Design and interact with databases (SQL and NoSQL) ensuring optimal
performance and data integrity. <\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Monitor application and cluster health using tools like Prometheus,
Grafana, and ELK stack; troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly. <\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Implement and enforce security best practices for applications and
infrastructure within the Kubernetes environment. <\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and resilience. <\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Stay current with emerging cloud -native technologies and Kubernetes
best practices. <\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Contribute to infrastructure -as -code initiatives using tools like
Terraform or Ansible. <\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Participate in code reviews and advocate for high -quality coding
standards. <\/span>

Required
Education and Skills <\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span> BS or MS in Computer Science or related Engineering discipline <\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Proven experience delivering software applications <\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Solid understanding of how to build publicly exposed APIs <\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Familiarity with CI/CD principles and tools technologies: Jenkins and
GitLab Runner <\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Must be self -motivated but be able <\/span> to
work well in a team environment <\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Team player; willing to coach junior team members and cooperate on cross -functional
problem solving <\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Experience with Cloud and SaaS Development: Azure, AWS, Docker,
Kubernetes. <\/span>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Working in an Agile development environment <\/span>

Desired

<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Knowledge of infrastructure -as -code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible). <\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Understanding of networking concepts in Kubernetes. <\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Experience with serverless computing. <\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Distributed Computing: distributed job orchestration on Kubernetes,
parallel execution patterns, backpressure, sharding/partitioning, fault
tolerance, checkpointing; frameworks (Ray/Spark/Dask) if applicable. We are
mostly interested in Ray <\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Implemented Kafka -based message -driven services and event -driven
autoscaling on Kubernetes using KEDA (consumer -group scaling, DLQ/error
handling, and scaling policies with performance/cost guardrails). <\/span>
