Finance Transformation Manager (Construction Experience required)

Position: Finance Transformation Manager You don’t need “Finance Transformation” in your current title to be a strong fit for this opportunity, but you must understand construction accounting and operations. I’m recruiting for a Finance Transformation Manager with a leading national contractor that is replacing its legacy ERP with Oracle Fusion. Working closely with the Director of Finance Transformation, you’ll help deliver the implementation from requirements gathering and data migration through testing, go-live and adoption. You’ll act as the bridge between finance, operations, field teams and implementation partners, ensuring the new system works for the realities of a construction business. The role will also involve: Improving accounting processes, workflows and controls Integrating Oracle Fusion with platforms including Procore and Workday Coordinating project timelines, deliverables and cross-functional teams Supporting training, communications and change management Developing SOPs, documentation and performance metrics Helping establish a new Finance Transformation function Construction industry experience is required. This could suit someone from an accounting, finance systems, ERP or process-improvement background who has worked within a general contractor, specialty contractor or construction-related business. You should bring: At least five years of accounting or finance experience Hands-on ERP implementation or finance-transformation exposure A strong understanding of construction accounting processes and field operations Experience working across finance, operations and technology teams Oracle Fusion experience is highly desirable, although similar ERP experience will be considered A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related discipline The position is based in Fort Lauderdale and offers a salary of up to $170,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits. #J-18808-Ljbffr Konstruct Staff
